We are recruiting to fill the position below:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
• Manage employee relations, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
