Description:
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
Located in St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time and on-site Human Resources Specialist.
You will develop new team members to uphold company standards and be confident in their new position.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews with trainees and the director or manager of their desired position
- Send official job offers to qualified candidates after their interview
- Coordinate with the area’s management where the trainee will be working
- Check in with new team members weekly for the first 4 weeks
- Conduct check-ins every 6 weeks with new team members and their managers
- Conduct a 90-day check-in with new team members along with the Benefits Manager
- Help new team members find answers or solutions to their questions or concerns during check-ins
- Complete tasks by their assigned deadlines
- Follow and understanding all company and department rules and procedures
