SUMMARY & OBJECTIVES

The Human Resources Specialist will support our company in various human resources activities such as recruitment, team member relations, training & development, benefits administration, and talent management. The HR Specialist will play a key role in contributing to our success as we continue to grow and expand our services. The HR Specialist will assist in promoting our company values and shaping a positive culture, aligning with our belief in investing in our team members and developing their talents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as an HR generalist or specialist, with a strong focus on recruitment and administration.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Good communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the company.
  • Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices in California is a plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
