Description:
D2 is currently seeking an HR Specialist at our New Bern, NC location.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring our HR practices align with the company’s values and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [2-5] years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
