JOB SUMMARY
As the Human Resource Specialist, you will aid with and facilitate the human resource processes for all business locations. You will provide support to the human resource function as needed, including payroll, benefits, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

What you do
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
- Assist with recruitment process. Reviews resumes to determine skill or positional match. Posts jobs on websites.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Complete Form I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Reconcile benefits statements.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Assist with processing of terminations.
- Assist with recruitment process. Reviews resumes to determine skill or positional match. Posts jobs on websites.
- Make photocopies; mail, scan, and email documents; and perform other functions.
- Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years related experience required.
