We have an immediate need for an Accounting Senior Staff Associate located in New Castle, IN. Excellent benefits package is available for qualifying candidates.
Qualifications: Understanding of all Human Resources policies and guidelines outlined by TSIN. Must understand and comply with all federal and state requirements legislation requirements. Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills. Minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to travel.
- Open office work space.

Responsibilities:
- Primary phone, reception, and window contact to assist all associates.
- Provide Associates with answers to questions and concerns no later than 24 hours after request unless initial request is made on a Friday and not followed by a production Saturday.
- Represent TST-IN in a positive and professional manner internally and externally.
- Liaise with external vendors, i.e. temporary agencies, corporate, and community.
- Prepare and create departmental reports.
- Conduct orientation for new associates.
- Control uniform program, including ordering for new associates and deleting for terminated associates and kaizen activities for cost savings and improvement.
- Maintain lockers and locks and associated records.
- Arrange for servicing of company vehicles as requested by managers. Requests are to be processed no later than 24 hours after initial request unless request is made on a Friday.
- Issue hourly performance review forms and follow up for timely completion.
- Assist the Human Resources Administrator with the recruiting process.
- Administer policies according to the executive level direction.
- Provide support to managers and supervisors with employment/personnel and benefits needs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
