Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience consulting on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution while partnering and influencing across all levels of the organization
- 3+ years of enterprise program discovery experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, identifying root cause issues, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, and tracking/reporting status/results)
- Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive level presentations
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects, collaborating across a large organization
- Independent, self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and desire to be placed in challenging, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be a trusted advisor to business owners
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Online)
- 2+ years of experience developing new Human Resources (HR) business strategies while managing risk and compliance
- Practical knowledge of HR metrics to benchmark, measure, analyze and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies
- 1+ years of experience working on agile or product management team
Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Strategic Initiatives Consultant (Senior Business Execution Consultant) , to join the growing HR Strategic Initiatives team within HR Transformation & Products. The individuals in this role will be responsible for supporting high priority HR initiatives, coordinating with HR leaders, solving complex problems, and influencing across all levels of the organization. In this role, you will:
- Lead independent project initiatives while providing critical support to larger strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to effectively facilitate decision making and influence direction to ensure approach will deliver upon prioritized business outcomes
- Act as an HR Business consultant to executive leadership; provide vision, direction and expertise that develops a strategic approach for solving complex business problems
- Apply analytical and critical thinking, business knowledge, and creative design skills to lead the analysis of business problems of high complexity
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through the synthesis of complex information into actionable insights, and the preparation of comprehensive status updates and strategic roadmaps
- Defined and simplify complex problem statements into executable increments that meet key objectives; plan, organize, and direct work to ensure connectivity between plans and work-stream objectives
- Proactively manage project timelines, following up with business unit leads to complete their action items
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery
