Description:

Overview: The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing human resources functions and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration with other Human Resources staff and Operations Supervisor to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • 3 years proven experience in a supervisor role
  • Skills to mediate disputes and address employee grievances diplomatically.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with policies.
  • Understanding of the organization’s goals and how HR strategies can support them.
  • Experience with human resources information systems and other relevant software tools for managing employee records and processes.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and developing HR teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to build a strong workforce.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation processes and employee development strategies.

Responsibilities:

DAILY DUTIES

  • Respond to emails and phone calls from HR personnel and company executives.
  • Participate in meetings with executives and HR team members to discuss workplace ethics and HR programs.
