Are you ready to make a real impact in a dynamic workplace? We’re looking for a passionate Human Resources Support Administrator to be the go-to person for our employees! In this exciting role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures, making a difference in our team’s experience every day. Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support on onboarding, payroll, and performance management processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service in response to all inquiries and performance of all duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and issues reported.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve complex employee issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain HR resources, FAQs, and support documentation for employees.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two to three (2-3) years related Human Resources and/or Benefits experience required
  • Associate’s degree in related field preferred
  • Workday experience beneficial, Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Computer proficiency, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
    Compensation: Starting $25 hourly. Additional compensation based upon experience and education.
