Description:
Job Location: This position will be located at Roberts Building, 1706 E. Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO 65102
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SAM II, MOVERs, or similar HR and payroll systems.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data, including experience with reporting tools and data warehouses.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
- Ability to provide technical support and training to HR team members on various systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing HR transactions and payroll data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve HR and payroll issues.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve HR processes.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with HR teams, payroll departments, and other stakeholders to implement best practices.
- Experience managing or participating in HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to system transitions or upgrades.
- Understanding of compensation analysis, including shift differentials and special pay parameters.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR data analysis, HRIS (Human Resources Information systems) payroll systems, or related areas.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION. LACK OF POST‐SECONDARY EDUCATION WILL NOT BE USED AS THE SOLE BASIS DENYING CONSIDERATION TO ANY APPLICANT. SALARY WILL COMMENSURATE WITH EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
