Under the direction of the HR manager, the incumbent participates in projects/mandates surrounding human resources activities.
- Update dossiers in HRIS system (ADP WFN & eTime)
- Monthly KPI report
- General filing and organizing tasks, including ordering office supplies
- Update several internal documents; hiring package, request forms, job descriptions, templates for disciplinary measures, etc.
- Assist the quality team with audits
- Validate employee timecards
- Contact point for recruitment (link between hiring manager and talent acquisition)
- Uniforms – order items and validate the bill weekly
- Secretary of committee meetings twice monthly, prepare agenda and take minutes
- Support directors on technical aspects of HRIS
- Any related tasks to support the HR team and HR manager
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in human resources
- DEC, AEC or equivalent in a field related to human resources
- Advanced French and English, written and spoken
- Experience in a unionized environment or manufacturing company (an asset)
- Experience with the ADP computer system (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Attention to detail, precision in monitoring various files
- Sense of organization and priorities, sense of initiative, team spirit, autonomous, flexible
- Demonstrates discretion regarding confidential files

The position is temporary, but with the possibility of becoming a permanent. If the position becomes a permanent position, it involves adding:

6 days of personal leave, 12 statutory holidays, and 3 weeks of vacation per year
Position details:
6-month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible and variable schedule: Monday early 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., but other days 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- In person at the Lachine factory: 1125 50e ave Lachine H8T 3P3, with the possibility of working occasionally from home.
Monday: 06h00-14h30
Tuesday-Friday: 08h30-17h00 (flexible)
