Description:

WHEN YOUR ACTIONS LEAD TO SUCCESS.

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to hourly compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; employee relations; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from hourly employees which may include complex and/or sensitive matters.
  • Facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping such as personnel files, attendance records, etc.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Manages company communications by ensuring employee notices are current and posted throughout the building via communication boards and TV.
  • Management of the candidate to employee experience from obtaining job descriptions, recruiting, and onboarding through the first 90 days.
  • Manages all temp labor while working closely with the temp agencies and department heads to include approving payroll each week.
  • Assist with cultural improvement initiatives, wellness activities, and internal employee engagement opportunities.
