Tell me about the role.
The Human Success Operations Manager is a full-time position and will be a vital member of our global Human Success Operations team, reporting to the Head of People Operations.
This role offers the opportunity to actively develop, implement, and manage HR processes as products, ensuring they meet both employee and organizational needs. You will focus on enhancing operational efficiency while improving the employee experience, employing a “people operations as a product” mindset. Your work will span daily operational tasks such as payroll input, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and collaborating with the legal department to ensure legal compliance for policies and contracts. You will also have the opportunity to help shape and optimize the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—through data-driven insights and employee feedback.
In addition, you will be managing and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You’ll work closely with management on defining key metrics and producing reports to monitor HR performance, leveraging technology to increase efficiency across the board.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN SUCCESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
As a Human Success Operations Manager, your day will likely begin with a review of you and your colleagues’ priorities and updates on ongoing projects. You’ll regularly connect with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations like payroll input, leave management, and benefits administration.
You’ll also spend time reviewing and refining HS processes, ensuring they remain compliant and efficient. You may gather feedback from employees to optimize services and manage the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy.
Data-driven insights will inform your work, from monitoring the employee lifecycle to assessing process performance. You’ll collaborate on projects aimed at improving operational excellence and contribute to making the workplace a better environment for employees at every stage of their journey.
Where is the job based?
This position is based at our HQ in Aarhus or Copenhagen, with flexible work arrangements available.
What skills or experience are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of HRIS systems and data management and possess excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members across functions.
