Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays promptly..
  • Assist the Project Manager in resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Electrical Site Manager

  • Ideal candidates should have 5 years + experience working in the Electrical Industrial Engineering Industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to liaise with, team members and project managers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
