  • Experience in data structures and their maintenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will lead a program to support our HVAC Controls Selection Program, including configuring systems and automatically generating parts, configuration, and pricing selections. You will consult with internal clients to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to necessary business changes. You will develop a program plan, coordinate resources, and work independently.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • You will maintain our product selection and configuration tools to improve work efficiency and quality.
  • You will identify areas for improvement, minimize development costs, and accelerate time-to-market.
  • You will collaborate with the product sales team to identify necessary product applications.
  • You will regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.
  • You will manage projects and programs, ensuring high-quality results.
  • You will design tools and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
  • You will work with the supply chain to maximize our reach by grouping products.
  • You will oversee detailed design and development and provide training for less experienced staff.
