Description:
YOU HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATIONSKILLS IN FRENCH AND DUTCH OR DUTCH AND ENGLISH.
Ensure the daily repair & maintenance activities inclusive of the installations in a
productive and responsible manner within a multi-skilled team in accordance with the
CBRE standards
Duties
In collaboration with the site Maintenance Lead, ensure that the site is
managed in accordance with local legislation.
- Monitoring the maintenance management system including planned and
reactive tasks to meet MSA expectations and agreed SLAs.
- Minor installation work, repairs to electrical and mechanical installations.
- All work is carried out in accordance with applicable health and safety
regulations, compliant with the use of ATW permits and risk assessments
where required.
- Ensure maintenances are performed according to PPM plan, taking into
account the applicable safety manuals, processes, or other established
workstation procedures.
- Professional maintenance of the facilities under your responsability, to
ensure efficient, reliable and properly functioning equipment and also to
ensure that all records are maintained and filed as required by statutory
authorities and operational instructions.
- Ensure maximum availability of installations and user equipment through
efficient proactive maintenance and adequate response to any malfunctions.
- Provide technical support for project work and assist with the start-up and
delivery of new installations.
- Ensure that all work orders are completed and closed in full compliance with
factory guidelines and the maintenance management system.
- Ensure that adjustments or changes to installations are reported.
- Issuing and receiving work permits in accordance with VCA procedures.
Familiar with Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
- Be familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensure proper
control and supervision, including efficient energy management in
consultation with the line manager.
- Able to read, mark and document modified plans and schedules to make
updates and set As-built in consultation with line manager.
- Actively contribute in an innovative manner and initiate adjustments to PM
work (Planned Maintenance) where necessary to increase efficiency and
quality.
- Work together in cross training backup with colleagues, guided by your line
manager.
- Guarantee a proper and safe workplace.
- Ensure correct and mandatory use of PPE and, when required, use the
mandatory risk analysis, safety task description or signs.
- Ensure correct reporting on engineering activities where necessary. (daily,
weekly, monthly).
- Be able to communicate in English in order to use and report on the systems.
- Be able to manage, control and direct subcontractors under the control of
your line manager
Profile
Willing to work in shifts upon request.
- Weekend work when necessary.
- Familiar with computers and software. (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Competent and physically able to work with power tools and measuring equipment,
work at heights, lift and carry heavy loads. Able to work tight spaces such as
basements, crawl spaces.
- Participate in a watch role
Technically trained professional.
- HVAC – Ventilation, Cooling, Heating, Control, Steam,…
• Building Management Systems, Johnson Controls • Electro-mechanics
- Preferable multidisciplinary experience
- Bilingual Dutch-English or Dutch-French
- Supervision of contractors
- Communicative and team player
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical management and
maintenance of buildings and installations, specializing in HVAC and control
Essential:
- HST degree (A2) in Electricity, Elektro-Mechanical or Bachelor degree.
Preferable:
- Complementary certifications BA4/BA5, VCA, Automation, Refrigiration,
Heating…are an extra
