Description:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Prior CAD, Simulation Software, SAP, ERP systems, Maximo and/or TrackWise experience
- Quality, continuous improvement, process and manufacturing investigation and technical writing experience
- Sound problem-solving skills and good verbal/written communication skills.
- Must have independent decision-making capabilities and ability to think conceptually and understand impact of decisions.
- Possess emerging leadership and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the site’s secondary utility and mechanical systems including Air Handling Units, Dust Collection Units, Central Vacuum system, Chilled Water, Steam, and Reheat systems. Responsibilities encompass technical support for new construction design, existing re-designs and upgrades, and setting maintenance expectations for preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.
