HVAC Installer /Helper

JOB DESCRIPTION

HVAC Helper will be responsible to assist the lead technician to:

• Install heating, ventilation and cooling units for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Install Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Hot Water Tanks, Tankless, Boilers, RTU and/or AC.
• Have well knowledge of installing HVAC equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Install Ductwork and sheet metal.
• Perform highest quality of workmanship.

This position requires an outgoing, customer service focused technician with the following skills:

• Must have a Gas Technician license.
• Must have valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
• Must have a Class G Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract.
• Must have Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, ductless and tankless installation knowledge.
• Be willing and able to work to a high standard of quality.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must have outstanding customer service skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies.
• Must be very punctual and dependable.
• Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
