WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To join our league of extraordinary HVAC Maintenance Technicians, you must possess the following traits:

  • At least 3 years of experience performing HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and/or installation tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license to ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A valid HVAC technician license or certification (e.g., EPA 608 Certification) to demonstrate your expertise.
