Description:
Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for dynamic, hardworking Commercial HVAC Journeyperson (313A) to join our Mechanical Projects team in for work across the Greater Toronto Area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
- GT2 Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification
- Brazing Certification (TSSA)
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as an HVAC Journeyperson/ Apprentice with experience in commercial & industrial environments
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
- Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
- Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical and electrical skills; Computer aptitude

Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of various HVAC equipment including: Packaged RTU, MUA Units, Cooling Towers, Ductless Splits, Chillers, Boilers
- Test HVAC equipment components and connections for issues
- Observe and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and reliable system operations
- Estimate, order and install materials required to successfully complete project scope of work
- Keep accurate records of installation and commissioning reports
- Work with the service team assisting with service calls and maintenances as required
