We’re seeking a highly skilled HVAC Supervisor / Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturing conglomerate. As a key member of our project engineering team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC systems, from design to installation and commissioning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in HVAC engineering and supervision, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Strong blueprint reading and technical comprehension skills.
• Proven ability to estimate costs and manage project budgets effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in HVAC operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in crew resource management and scheduling activities.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

• Supervise and coordinate the HVAC team to ensure effective operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all HVAC operations.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of HVAC projects.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for HVAC installations and repairs.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting skills development and safety awareness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of HVAC systems, maintenance activities, and changes in processes.
• Collaborate with other engineering departments to support facility needs and improvements.
• Foster a positive work environment, demonstrating leadership and excellent communication skills.
