CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time HVAC technician to join our Illawarra and Services team, to work onsite across our key mining clients.
This role will be the perfect fit if you are a HVAC Technician, looking for a career with a reputable, national services and facilities maintenance business, and ideally you have had some experience in supporting mining sites, or heavy industry environments.
CBC have a strong culture with a reputation for excellence amongst their clients, so we are looking for someone is eager and places an importance on demonstrated professionalism and diligence.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified HVAC Technician with NSW Fair Trading & ARC License
• WHS/OHS Induction Card
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Working at Heights
• EWP (Under 11m)
• First Aid Cert
• Order 43 Mining Cert
• Surface induction Mining
• Working with Children Check

Working in a supportive team, the HVAC Technician will report to the Services Manager. The core remit of the role will see you support our ongoing service & maintenance program across our major mining clients. In this role you will:

• Self-manage your workflow
• Attend to service, and minor installation jobs
• Uphold WHSEQ requirements, policies and procedures
• Maintenance of HVAC systems including Ducted, Split, RAC systems, Bag filter replacements.
• Installation of new systems.
• Replacement of existing systems.
