We are looking for an HVAC technician to help with the Facilities Inspection project in Subic, Zambales. As a part of the facility inspection team, your responsibilities will include inspecting HVAC systems, electrical components of HVAC equipment, pipe utility services, and general fire prevention components.

• Identify and document maintenance issues of HVAC equipment
• Consult with the inspection team about the HVAC system and equipment status.
• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment as needed to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, and suggest ways to enhance performance and increase operational efficiency
• Attend regular project team meetings.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3 years of expertise in HVAC installation and/or repair
• Has completed HVAC certification training
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, building products, construction details, and quality standards
• Willing to work in Subic, Zambales.
