$35 - $45 HOURLY

Job Description: Warner Mechanical HVAC Technicians will ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule and to the highest standards and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems that control the temperature and air quality in commercial buildings. HVAC Technicians play an active part in the development of the company by identifying areas of improvement. This individual will excel at communication and be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated leader proven dependability as well as support for company policies.
  • Minimum one year of experience with HVAC and Plumbing systems
  • Computer and technology skills; Ability to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.
  • Proficient in reading schematics, architectural, structural, and mechanical construction plans
  • Familiarity of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Systems and terminology
  • Attention to detail to follow instructions and/or direction from plans, and supervisors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Must be a self-motivator and team participant.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver’s License w/clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g. air conditioning units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
  • Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial buildings
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC equipment
  • Ensure HVAC systems and procedures adhere to laws, regulations, and standards
  • Check electrical wiring, thermostats, and distribution systems for any issues
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Provide high-quality customer service and maintain a professional rapport with clients
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Order and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Communicate well with customers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
