REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred, but not required. We value passion and the willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- A natural curiosity and the drive to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for a variety of positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Interview potential candidates face to face and via teams.
- Create marketing material using Canva.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practises to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
