WHO ARE YOU?

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python/Django and APIs is an advantage.
• Capable of writing database queries.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiancy in English.

Apicbase is a fast-growing scale-up specialized in software solutions for the restaurant and catering industry. Our platform empowers businesses by streamlining their food and beverage management processes, helping them optimize inventory, manage orders, calculate food costs, display allergens, and more. As a Success Engineer, you’ll be the technical link between the Customer Success and the Product team, solving technical challenges and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to resolve functional and technical issues (e.g., diagnosing API or integration problems).
• Analysing logs to find causes of issues
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Document issues and their solutions for future reference.
• Work with the engineering team to tackle more complex business-domain-related problems.
• Handle database queries to further investigate technical challenges.
