Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, managing all aspects of the litigation process. * Will train in practice area! HEAVY mentorship provided without micromanagement!
Conduct extensive legal research and draft case-related documents.
Handle discovery process, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.
Hybrid onsite: 3 days/week in Irvine, CA
