INBOUND ORDER CALL HANDLING

40 hours per week, fixed term contract to 6th December 2024
£24,246.28 per annum + bonus + overtime opportunities

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor’s to handle orders over the telephone, joining the team to help with our pre-Christmas peak. All the calls are inbound so everyone you speak to wants to engage with us. Once you’ve handled our customer’s order, you’ll promote a special offer too.
