Infrastructure Operations Department
The Infrastructure Operations team is responsible for the overall health of critical systems and Site Operations formalised best practices. For each of the major systems Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls, the Infrastructure Operations team is responsible for ensuring success in the commissioning stages of new construction, evaluating and improving the reliability and performance of existing critical infrastructure, new and remediation projects, sustaining equipment operational availability through maintenance programming, providing technical support and training to the Site Operations Teams, owning and maintaining both the core functional processes, policies and procedures for the region along with the design of the operational systems being used to support them and providing systems reliability and maintainability feedback to the Design Engineering teams for future design considerations.
Position Description
The Hybrid lease Manager will oversee the mobilisation process for new and existing lease agreements. This includes coordinating between various departments, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and managing timelines and deliverables. Requirements for this position include thorough understanding of critical systems, an understanding of data center design theory, equipment sequence of operation, and data center operating best practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Essential Job Functions

• Actively work as part of the virtual account teams to deliver a proactive, positive Customer Experience to tenant
• Monitor and ensure compliance with lease agreements and conduct reviews with tenant
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with lease agreements
• Ensuring country regulatory requirements of a landlord are respected and performed
• Conduct regular audits of lease agreements and related documents.
• Ensuring maintenance contracts and contingency plans are in place for our Hybrid Data Centres.
• Updating escalation documents and contact details.
• Conduct regular audits on premises to ensure lease obligations are being met
• Regularly audit data center operations to ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain compliance tracking systems to monitor adherence to lease terms.
• Attend regular customer meetings with wider VDC team to build out a partnership with all local site teams Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease agreements, contracts, and compliance audits.
• Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and stored securely.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Law, a related field or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lease agreement management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, real estate law and property management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders consecutively.
• Ability to create teams from various departments and work in a high-level collaborative environment while promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Ability to initiate, drive and deliver projects, analyze complex problems and communicate plans and findings to internal customers/stakeholders
• Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by business needs
• Ability to travel up to 50% of total work time.
• Ability to travel internationally.
