HYBRID SALES EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills
The ability to work as part of a team.
Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care
Minimum requirements Leaving Cert or mature student

We offer a starting salary of €26,500 with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €37,500, with an opportunity to increase salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification

While the role is based in Dundrum, this will be a hybrid role where there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and in the office.

Fielding Inbound calls, following up on potential clients and some outbound sales
Follow up on potential clients and outbound sales
To meet and exceed your assigned sales and call quality targets
Support the day-to day activities of the team
Offer advice on the insurance products we offer in accordance with regulation
