The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our innovative team in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities: - Design and analyze hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Conduct hydraulic modeling and simulations to evaluate system behavior under various conditions. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate hydraulic solutions into broader project designs. - Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for hydraulic projects. - Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards related to hydraulic engineering. - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. - Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay current with advancements in hydraulic engineering technologies and methodologies. - Participate in the development of project proposals and cost estimations. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in hydraulic engineering or a related field. - Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and water resources engineering. - Proficient in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET, AutoCAD, etc.) and other relevant engineering tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations is a plus. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
