We’re looking for a Hydraulics Specialist to join our team at a customer site in Lucca . This is your chance to play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of key systems in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

• Managing preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic systems.
• Developing and implementing hydraulic maintenance strategies, including standard work procedures.
• Troubleshooting hydraulic issues and leading root cause analysis investigations.
• C ollaborating with internal/ external resources .
• Monitoring system conditions, oil quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they master essential competencies

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering qualification in hydraulics with hands-on hydraulic maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian knowledge will be considered a plus .
• F amiliarity with SAP.
