• Certification in RPA or other automation technologies.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with automation solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Hyperautomation Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline and enhance business processes across the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and using advanced technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze current business processes to identify areas suitable for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), Hyper Automation, and other relevant technologies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, including process maps, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of automation solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automation tools and technologies.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in hyperautomation and identify opportunities for their application within the organization.
