Hypermarket Manager

Hypermarket Manager with at least 3 years experience, should be Arabic National. Other nationalities will not be acceptable.

- Achieve financial, sales, and budget targets by controlling expenditures, analyzing variance and reducing the expense utilities budget and thus by initiates corrective actions.
- Establish Objectives and Plans for continual improvement of the branch performance
- Control the Inventory, movement of stock, Spoilage, Damaged items, Return and Dead stock.
- Close monitoring and ensuring complete utilization of Outsourced Services., like Pest Control, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.
- Ensure branch preventive maintenance is scheduled and performed periodically
- Ensure that safety and security are maintained and reporting all problems and hazards immediately
- Ensure Asset Management of UCS Property, equipment and material in view of its utilization and maintenance.
- Report to Area Manager, concerning any unresolved issues
- Liaise with HR, IT, Purchasing, Administration, and other departments to ensure availability of resources.
- Review branch premises to ensure there is adequate space for car parking, shopping trolley, goods receiving and storage area and layout of the Showroom is as per UCS guidelines. Ensure to provide highest level of Customer Satisfaction via customer counters availability.
