QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher education in Food Industry, Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Techniques;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the food industry;
• Training/experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, and IFS Foods;
• A highly demanding, proactive, and responsible individual with strong attention to detail.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative company and make a direct impact on the quality of products delivered to our consumers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements;
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet safety and food quality standards;
• Record and document quality control results for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products;
• Verify compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, including managing the Document Management System;
• Monitor and verify suppliers of materials and/or products;
• Prepare for food certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Foods, among others.
