YOUR ROLE:

As a I&M (Inspection and Maintenance) Maintenance Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing I&M and non-Cryogenic Generators (generators without cryogenic technology) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will lead a team of “I&M” Supervisors and “I&M” Technicians, as well of various disciplines, working closely with various internal departments to facilitate the smooth execution of planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and procedures and plan a long-term maintenance strategy in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with production teams and other internal departments, such as EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and P, P & SC (Production, Planning, and Supply Chain), to coordinate maintenance activities and allocate resources.
• Ensure all assets are operated safely and fully compliant with local regulations and company standards.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure efficient execution of all maintenance tasks.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the wider organization.
