We are looking for a fulltime I/T Support Analyst who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to our team.

  • Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $56,916.00 - $60,078.00 for this role.
  • This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 5% of the annual salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is based on the credit union achieving established service and financial measurements.)

What about the Duties & Responsibilities?Provide technical support through phone, email and remote support tools (if applicable) to resolve technical end user service and support requests. Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues and provides appropriate solution

  • Install, configure and deploy workstations as assigned, including hardware peripherals, such as printers, signature pads, ID scanners, etc.
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance as directed by leadership.
  • Perform scheduled upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new software programs and applications with existing computer hardware.
  • Submit asset changes to I/T leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Accurately maintain I/T inventories and logs.
  • Document internal procedures as assigned.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.
