Description:
DP World is seeking a skilled PMI Project Manager with Integration experience to join our team, ideally based in the Netherlands or the UK . If you’re ready to lead exciting integration projects and make a global impact, we want to hear from you!
The i28 Post Merger Integration (PMI) Project Manager will play an important role in the DP World i28 Program as part of DP World Europe’s Vision to evolve into a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider to all cargo owners, leveraging all our assets.
The i28 PMI Project Manager will be responsible for the successful creation and execution of the PMI Plan, following potential Mergers & Acquisitions which falls under the responsibility of the DP World European Region. The PMI plan includes all aspects of a Project Lifecycle – Initiation, Define, Build, Deploy and Transition as well as Governance, Monitoring, Risk Prevention and Reporting.
Within the integration project the i28 PMI Project Manager will be part of the Integration Management Office for the coordination, supervision and day-to-day oversight of the integration execution. Depending on size & complexity of the integration project, the PMI Project Manager will lead 1 or more integration projects. The integration project lifecycle spans a period of typically 12-24 months, where the PMI project manager will focus the integration project team on the intermediate states (e.g. Day 1, Day 100) and target end state of the integration.
EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, business or engineering, or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A qualification within the Mergers & Acquisition domain is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in project & program management, with a proven track record of delivering medium to complex projects within large organizations and/or a minimum of 5 years’ experience with running Post Merger Integration project management.
Experience with program & project management methodologie s e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile, SCRUM.
- Experience within the Logistics & Supply Chain Management industry.
LANGUAGES & SKILLS:
- English language on a professional level in writing and speaking required, other languages beneficial.
- You are highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- You have experience with one or more project management tools like, MsProject, Sensei IQ, Monday.com, Jira.
