DESCRIPTION

  • Work with users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 and IIOT for Smart Manufacturing equipment efficiency, facility and environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Development strategies to enhance smart manufacturing capabilities in the equipment.
  • Initiate supplier relationship including communication around intent and work closely with supplier’s team in solution delivery.
  • Communicate technical requirement to solution developers.
  • Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities.
  • Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement.

Work with the team to develop IoT smart manufacturing and AI solution including: -

  • Identify, initiate, lead, and deliver IoT initiatives in Micron front end fabs.
  • Drive improvement in equipment utilization and throughput
  • Drive variability reduction and product quality with connected sensors for tool/process/facility monitoring
  • Implement predictive maintenance algorithm to reduce unscheduled downtime
  • Innovate, research and evaluate new technologies and tools for quality output
  • Define estimate, planning delivery model for IoT solutions
  • Conduct team design and review of solution
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional distributed teams in all phases – requirements, development, testing, launch/release
  • Provide thought leadership and grow big data skills and capabilities

Lead People and Teams

  • Bring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture and design and deep-dive on complex solutions, platforms, and interface design
  • Collaborate successfully with business stakeholders and a broad set of internal technical partners to develop product roadmaps and execute flawlessly against a solution backlog
  • Demonstrate accountability; lead people with passion, enthusiasm, loyalty and integrity
  • Provide leadership to cross‐functional teams and direction for technical and business partners
  • Support and guide the programs, and collaborate effectively across multiple cross‐functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables
  • Make communication a priority

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Engineering degree with minimum 3 years of work experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Superb interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups. Work multi-functionally with peers and senior and mid-level management.
  • Peer leadership and relationship management skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needs.
  • Outstanding customer focus with ability to projectized and prioritize work you’re doing.
