Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rabobank has an opening for an IAM Analyst. This is a fixed term contract with the possibility of extending. You will join a highly engaged Identity & Service Management team centralised in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of working from home and the Rabobank CBD office. Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ proven experience in Access Management including experience with onboarding / offboarding users. Your excellent attention to detail will be leverage for certification & audits & recertification.

TOP ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Providing guidance & technical assistant to Rabobank stakeholders in relation to Identity & Access Management including access requests
  • Assisting in the review, analysis & investigation of system security related events related to IAM
  • Performing user security administration of the bank’s core business information systems which includes:- maintenance of application-level security; setting up new user profile accounts in accordance with procedures;suspension & removal of any user profile accounts that are not required; scheduling & co-ordinating application-level user access & profile recertification; creating & maintaining user administration documentation & procedures
  • Assisting with the In Control & Governance services for, but not limited to, privileged user access, system accounts & recertification
  • Assist in IAM security improvement projects
  • Ensure business targets are delivered within agreed SLAs

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Technical Support or Access Management role
  • Experience with Logical &/or Privileged Identity Management Tooling, including Active Directory & MS Exchange
  • Exposure to Azure will be highly regarded
  • A good understanding of IT Security & IAM practices
  • Sound analytical & problem-solving skills
  • An ability to both work independently & handle multiple tasks concurrently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer focus, & able to communicate at all levels
