We are currently looking for an IAM Business Analyst to join KeyData’s Delivery Services team! This role would require you to support multiple clients in the assessment and deployment of their IAM programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM solutions to meet the organization’s business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify gaps in existing processes, and recommend improvements to enhance security and streamline access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of BA experience in IAM or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with identity governance tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Ability to think independently and to present information in a conceptual, persuasive, and understandable manner.
  • Adaptable to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive, collaborative, and organized individual with the capability to maintain flexibility and take ownership of projects and processes.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to IAM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes and workflows.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in identity governance and administration.
  • Design and implement identity governance and administration solutions based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies for identity governance initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of identity management solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on identity governance processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of identity governance controls and recommend enhancements as needed.
