Description:
LOCATION: CALGARY, ALBERTA
Role Description:
1. Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures. Participate in the development and maintenance of the IAM workflows that manage the provisioning of entitlements to end users
2. Identify, document, and develop process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
3. Troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration.
5. Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.
6. Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with SailPoint.
7. Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams
8. Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
9. Participate in internal and external audit activities by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.
10. Attend meetings and serves as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested
11. Experience in implementation, configuration and customization of Identity and Access Management system SailPoint IIQ.
12. Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.
13. Experience in Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Workflows and Role based access control.
14. Experience with implementing custom rules, forms, workflows and configuring various type of access certifications in IIQ.
15. Experience with web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, XML.
16. Experience with large scale databases and related technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and Hibernate.
17. Hands-on experience in SQL, Bean shell/Java Script programming.
18. Should have understanding on application server, code deployment processes etc.
19. Functions well in large-scale, complex, cross-functional / platform environment
20. Establish best practices for assigning applications to user groups and document the process
21. Refine and improve Onboarding and Offboarding workflows and automation
22. Lead initiative to identify application assignments based on department and role
