We’re looking for an IAM Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Organizational Engineering team and work with cloud infrastructure, security, IAM, and collaboration tools. You’ll work in the cross-section of IAM and security with systems such as Okta, Workday, Slack and Google Workspace. You’ll be asked to take responsibility for setting up and managing integrations between business systems, making sure the quality of user data is correct and managing access.
As an IAM Engineer at Oda, you’ll help implement and improve our Identity and Access Management services to keep up with new technologies and the threat landscape. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where tasks come up quickly, and you’ll face different problems to solve.

• Plan, design, and implement software
• Operate, develop, and maintain our core IAM systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Workday, Slack, and custom services written in Python
• Maintain and enhance IAM architecture and practices
• Set up business integrations and manage user access
• Configure SSO and user provisioning
