As the IAM Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our IAM Operations Engineers, with responsibilities ranging from service optimization and SLA management to team leadership and process development. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of IAM at Novo Nordisk, collaborating closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Service Desk, Security, and Network Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IAM or infrastructure operations in a large, complex organization.
  • At least 3 years in an Operations Manager role, with experience in process setup, on-call support, and level 3 backup support.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM principles, including identity lifecycle management, access management, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms, directories, monitoring systems, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • ITIL, IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISM, CISSP) are preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a talent for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in a regulated sector like pharma or banking is advantageous.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and guide the IAM Operations team within Core Identity Services, including designing processes, documentation, best practices, and on-call scheduling.
  • Partner with the Product Owner in Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure to drive the insourcing initiative, build capabilities, and execute the IAM roadmap.
  • Oversee IAM operations (PKI, DNS, AD) to ensure SLA/KPI adherence and continuous service improvement.
  • Lead the IAM team in fast resolution of critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
  • Use data-driven insights from ServiceNow to monitor and enhance performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to IAM policies and standards, applying best practices to IAM operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor IAM Operations Engineers with support from local HR.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations, Security, Global IT, and auditors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Identify and implement IAM tools, processes, and automation for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
