We are in search of a skilled IAM Solution Architect to join our team. As an IAM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and monitoring specific IAM solutions, ensuring architectural compliance with business, tech, and cybersecurity strategies. You will translate business requirements into solution designs, contribute to creating and maintaining the roadmap for IAM solutions, and stay updated on IAM technology trends and developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience as an IAM Solution Architect or in a similar role
• Proven experience in designing and monitoring specific IAM solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Azure, Privileged Access Management (PAM), GDPR, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs
• Experience in creating and maintaining roadmaps for IAM solutions
• Strong understanding of IAM technology trends and developments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• C1 English level proficiency

• Translate business requirements into the IAM solution architecture
• Create high level and detail level design patterns
• Design future-proof and scalable IAM solutions
• Comply with vendor strategy guidelines
• Ensure license efficiency
• Consult with peer groups on integration of solutions to applications
• Incorporate relevant market and technology trends in solution design
• Provide architecture consultation and guidance to engineers developing/installing IAM products
• Provide technical oversight for all the IAM solution architects
• Cultivate knowledge of IAM solution best practices and spread best practices and knowledge
• Ensure all security and compliance aspects are taken into account in the solution architecture
• Review IAM solution designs periodically and ensure their alignment with the organization’s architecture standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Owners, and Service Delivery Managers to guard the overall IAM architecture
