Description:

Full-Time Position Available – ICAM Engineer
We’re searching for a skilled ICAM Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and evolving our virtual and network prototype infrastructure. This dynamic role encompasses daily technical support, installation, maintenance, and optimization of software within a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. This position is 100% on-site at the Link. Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities: Provide engineering support in implementation, and operation of Privileged Access and Identity Management tools and solutions. Analyze information from system users and develop solutions that meet the scope and objectives of the system along with addressing system needs. Experience in implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks: business processes, policies and technologies that facilitate the management of electronic or digital identities. Expertise in systems used for IAM including single sign-on systems, Two-factor authentication, multifactor authentication, and privileged access management and Identity Lifecycle Management (provisioning and deprovisioning). Experience with installing, configuring, and administering the following technologies: Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA, and SailPoint. Familiarity with data security tools such as Fortra (Titus), Bolden James, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Required (8+ years) Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or additional related work experience
  • Ability to perform tasks and solve complex technical challenges under limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • SSO (Single Sign-On) Systems
  • 2FA (Two Factor Authentication)
  • MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • PAM (Privileged Access Management)
  • ICAM (Identity, Credential & Access Management)

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with PAM and ICAM technologies, especially Ping and Delinea.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a technically dynamic lab and prototype environment where emerging technologies are integrated
