HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE AND GROW?

The CI Analyst reports directly to the CI Supervisor. The primary function and purpose of this position is to ensure the use of CI tools and expertise to address critical business needs with the goal of improving business processes, saving cost, and enabling business growth as well as supporting the project leads

  • Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the BSC using Air Liquide`s proven process improvement techniques Supports CI projects, delivers timely results, tracks improvements, ensures control, and maintains accountability.
  • Supports the project manager on organization , planning, reviews, & activities updates under their scope.
  • Engage all departments to create & maintain a continuous improvement culture
  • Networks with internal resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.
  • Unify best practices across teams /countries
  • Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities. Assesses/identifies risk to fulfill the defined objectives.
