Description:

Sales Pond Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced ICT Account Manager for the Podiem platform for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Melbourne, Victoria. This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption while leveraging upsell opportunities. The responsibilities of this role also include providing training and onboarding support to clients using the Podiem platform.
The Podiem platform is an all-in one Sales Engagement platform built for high-performance digital sales teams.

The ICT Account Managers will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Podiem prospects and customers and other SalesPond customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Prospecting and database updates in collaboration with the Datalist team.
  • Managing and growing the Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia pipeline.
  • Understand client business goals and facilitate tailoring solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, training and demos for prospects and clients.
  • Communicate best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Client onboarding
  • Client email orchestration, including setup and testing
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and provide updates on product enhancements and features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance client experience, report improvements and issues.
  • Facilitate and coordinate Podiem integration with client CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Providing clients with high-level technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Upselling Podiem licenses
  • Evaluation of processes, internal tools, documentation, and technology.
  • Pipeline and revenue reporting.
  • Training of the internal SDR and BDR teams.
  • Meet revenue Targets set by the Management team

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of SAAS Account management experience
  • Demonstrated success in account management within a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on contract renewals and client retention, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Business Development experience is preferable
