These solutions are in the areas of AI (Artificial Intelligence), custom build mobile applications, solutions based on emerging technology portals like Salesforce.com, Applitools, solutions in RPA (Robotic Process Automation – Automation Anywhere), etc. Most of our projects are usually highly strategic or tactical in nature for the end client.
QUALIFICATION:
- A Bachelors degree in ICT/Computing/Technology
- Success in high-profile projects and/or technology integration programs and/or business process transformation projects.
- Experience in preparing complex project documentation i.e. business cases, reports and business change artefacts.
- Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate, influence and strong facilitation skills. Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Be adept at project management methodologies, project costing and resource allocation.
- Hands on ICT BA and PM experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- As an ICT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding our client’s business needs, analysing requirements, and translating those requirements into technology solutions. In preparing the above solutions, you will liaise with BMP’s software and engineering development teams. You will need to work both with users, super users and process owners to formulate solution documents.
- Gather and analyse business requirements to understand the needs of clients. Understand the ‘As-is’ and ‘To-Be’ process flows and create a Gap Analysis which will form the basis of the solution.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and other documentation to support solution development
- Identify redundant processes and recommending best business processes as per global standards
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with client business goals and objectives.
- De responsible for deploying these solutions by way of optimal project management methodologies
- Be in-charge of solution deployment by way of creating test plans, end user test cases, UAT through to production deployment.
- Collaborate with software and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful project completion.
- Take responsibility for creating user maps, end user and super user training in a real time lab environment.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and is of high quality.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users and other stakeholders, including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Perform research, interviews and business workshops to determine business requirements and then translate requirements into suitable artefacts;
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit business requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs;
- Be the focal point in managing steering committee meetings, information flow, project alterations, change management to ensure prompt decision making in the project
