This is a unique opportunity to work in the heart of digital transformation in policing, guiding operational and non-operational teams, senior officers and key stakeholders in leveraging technology to improve efficiency, enhance security and support frontline services.

As an ICT Business Partner, you’ll be the vital link between our policing teams and ICT services. Your role will involve:
- Understanding Business Needs – Work closely with key departments to understand their strategic goals, operational challenges, and technology requirements.
- Building Strong Relationships – Develop trusted partnerships with senior officers and stakeholders, providing expert ICT guidance.
- Driving ICT Strategy – Support planning, budgeting, and the development of technology solutions that align with local, regional, and national strategies.
- Managing Change – Enable digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new systems.
- Enhancing Service Delivery – Act as the key liaison between business units and ICT, resolving conflict and ensuring high-quality service.
- Promoting Digital Innovation – Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improved efficiency, empowering end-users with effective solutions.
